The number one complaint that clients have is that their attorney won’t return their phone calls. If I am handling your case, I pledge to you that I will give you my personal cell phone number and personal email address so that you can reach me when it is convenient for you.
Another complaint is that attorneys won’t sit down with their clients to talk about the case. I pledge that I will be available to meet with you, in person, to talk about your case and to answer any questions.
If necessary, I will meet with you at night or on weekends.
